| User’s Agreement Use of Epaymentservice's service means that user accepts all the terms and conditions of this agreement. The parties to this agreement are Epaymentservice.net and the user. The user understands that the name, address, phone number, banking details, E-currency account details and any other personal identification information including documents such as (phone bills, electricity bills or other utility bills) must be true and correct details, belonging to the user.
The user may not purchase E-currency from or sell E-currency to Epaymentservice.net on behalf of another person or using another person’s bank or E-currency account details. Epaymentservice.net does not accept third-party payments. The person sending funds must be the owner or have access to the chosen E-Currency account in which the funds are being spent.
You understand that Epaymentservice.net only buys, sells and exchanges digital currencies, and that Epaymentservice.net does not provide any other services.
Epaymentservice.net gives the customer the ability to exchange national currencies for e-Currencies being account holders of C-gold, Alertpay, Libertyreserve.com, Webmoney, Betonmarket, and other digital currencies. Epaymentservice.net operates independently of C-gold, Alertpay, Libertyreserve.com, Webmoney, Betonmarket , etc.
Epaymentservice.net reserves the right to refuse any orders with suspicious content.
Epaymentservice.net reserves the right to delay Gold Currency spends for any reasonable cause. A transaction is not refundable once a spend has been made to a E-currency account or fiat currency has been sent to you in exchange for selling E-currency to Epaymentservice.net.
Epaymentservice.net will not transfer your personal details to others unless requested to do so with a court order.
Epaymentservice.net will not take any actions against you without a court order or any other legal basis. By buying or selling E-currency to Epaymentservice.net, the user gives permission for their email address to be added to Epaymentservice.net's internal newsletter. The user may request to remove their address from this newsletter at any time and Epaymentservice.net guarantees that the user will not receive any mail. The user understands that Epaymentservice.net does not endorse any E-currency related investments, or merchants. The user understands that Epaymentservice.net warns against investing E-currency in so called high yield investment programs (hyip's) as there is a very high chance that the user will loose their E-currency.
Epaymentservice.net will not be responsible for delays or failures in the transaction, receipt or execution of orders, Remittances, Payments, deliveries, or information due to events or systems beyond its control.
Epaymentservice.net is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any event with the system beyond its control. Any tax consequences of Epaymentservice.net transactions are the sole responsibility of User. User indemnifies Epaymentservice.net from any liability in the event that a E-Currency issuer does not deliver upon its promise to provide the service associated with maintaining their E-Currency accounts. The user understands that the use of E-currency exposes User to the risk of loss of market value. In particular, acquiring, owning and using E-Currency as money involves market risk and is not suitable for all persons. The user agrees that the amount of E-currency they purchase may be more or less than the amount they receive due to changes in the gold, EURO or USD price during the time it takes to process their order.Epaymentservice.net reserves the right to spend less money than was quoted in the users order and received from the User.
Epaymentservice.net will not accept payments outside the following:
- Cash Deposit at our office
- Cash Deposit to our specified Bank Accounts
- Local Bank Transfer to our specified Bank Accounts
Epaymentservice.net will not accept any INTERNET BANKING TRANSFER transactions from any customer. |
